The After School Program
Active Classroom Readiness & Integration
Designed to fit seamlessly into a child’s weekly school routine, Kinetic Brain Tracks provides a highly structured environment where students can channel their energy and actively build core executive functions after a day at a classroom desk.
The Format: Weekly 45-minute neuro-physical group running sessions for cohorts of 6 to 8 students, delivered directly on campus by a trained Project Protea Coach.
How it Works: Every session begins with a rapid, 1-minute Brain EEG headset scan to assess the student’s immediate stress and concentration baseline. Based on this reading, our coach applies our signature Traffic Light Protocol—tailoring the active running drills to either down-regulate high anxiety or activate low attention levels. During the main circuit, students navigate specialized pacing games and memory tracks designed to strengthen working memory, impulse control, and pacing modulation.
The Sensory Brake: Immediately following physical exertion, students use our neurofeedback headsets to practice structured box-breathing. By watching their live relaxation scores on the app, students actively learn how to pull themselves out of sensory overload and regulate their own nervous systems—a portable skill they can carry back to the classroom.
The Data Deliverable: At the conclusion of the 12-week term, we provide your counseling or SEN department with a comprehensive, paper-backed longitudinal progress profile. By combining track compliance scores with objective EEG focus metrics, we deliver an unalterable data trail ready for parent meetings and official IEP reviews.
